Shipping and Returns Policy


When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 3 business days. Monthly subscription orders ship the first Friday of the month. Should any delays arise with your order, we’ll get in touch with you immediately.

How is my order shipped?

We offer $5 rate rate shipping through USPS Priority Mail for our standard boxes. If you’d like a faster shipment through USPS, FedEx, or UPS, simply contact us for pricing options.

Alisette is not responsible for any delays due to USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the shipping address associated with their order is correct at checkout. Alisette is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses once an order has been placed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping notification email with a tracking number. Please contact us at alisetteplay@gmail.com if you have not received your confirmation email within 2 business days.


We accept exchanges only if the items in the box are damaged or defective. If you’d like to exchange a box, please contact us within 15 days of receipt at alisetteplay@gmail.com. Items must be unused and in the same condition it was received in. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.



Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. 



We are happy to refund boxes if items are damaged or defective.  For refunds, please contact us at alisetteplay@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your box.

Items must be unused and in the same condition they were received in. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you paid extra for expedited shipping, those costs are non-refundable.
